We are moving along with our master bathroom renovation and I couldn’t be happier. The bathroom should be 99.9% complete in about a week and a half -just in time for my 40th birthday. Oye.

The problem is that Moroccan tiles can get pretty steep. That is, unless you know where to look. Like any other materials, manufacturers over-produce and sell overstocked items to discount retailers. As I’ve been sourcing pieces for our bathroom (and hopefully) laundry room renovation, I keep coming back to Waterworks. The clean lines and sophisticated simplicity pull me in every time. The Empire Tub and the Henry bath fixtures physically make my heart skip a beat.
That being said, I have two kids to put through college and have no business paying $25,000 for a tub and some bathroom fixtures- so, I’ll be finding the next best thing (at a price I can afford.)… But a girl can dream, right?
