Fleabags.

Strange name, I know, but I spotted this brown suede little beauty in last month’s InStyle and haven’t stopped thinking about it since.  Me likey.  It makes me think of Fall.  I imagine myself rocking this baby with a cream cable knit turtleneck and some weathered jeans.
Fleabags was started by two women who were in the design industry and were frustrated with the environmental hazard and waste that plastic bags created.  They wanted a dapper, large and versatile bag to carry all of their goods.   While this is much more expensive than your average Envirosax bag, I dig it and would love to have one for a gym, overnight or laptop bag.

Just look at these babies….

Loving it.

Hands down, THE most rewarding thing about this blog is the many emails and comments that I get from all of you.  It gives me so much fulfillment to know that people love what they are seeing on Kiki’s List.  A few weeks ago, I did a post on this necklace.  For a year and a half, I scoured the Internet because I received so many questions about it. Well, apparently some Kiki’s List readers loved it as much as I did, check out these lovely ladies in their Zad necklaces.
Beautiful Courtney.
Rachel and her adorable baby bump (it’s a boy!)
Thanks for sharing ladies.  These pictures made me so happy!

TOMS: Eyewear.

You may know that I am a big fan of TOMS.  Therefore, I couldn’t be more excited that the company has decided to launch a line of eye wear.  Not only because of their stylish frames, but because they stand for something more.  TOMS is continuing their success in ONE FOR ONE giving, and for each pair of glasses that are sold, TOMS will provide medical treatment for someone who is visually impaired in countries that otherwise would not have such resources.  I don’t know about you, but I feel a lot better shelling out $140 for a pair of sunglasses, knowing that I am helping someone in need.

I applaud Blake and his company for their desire to help so many in underprivileged countries. Check out this video of Blake’s announcement launching the new line in June.  Amazing.

As Blake said in his announcement “From this day forward, TOMS is not a shoe company, it’s not an eye wear company, but it’s a one for one company.  What a great concept.  I wish them continued success in their philanthropic approach.
I can’t wait to buy a pair.  The only question is which one?
