Stephanie Johnson Cases.

Last year, my friend Aimee gave me this set of Stephanie Johnson cases.  I can’t tell you how much I love them.  The shimmery-orange snakeskin is absolutely perfect.  I have actually used the large one for an evening bag.   Stephanie has a case for everything, in oh so many fantastic patterns.
Don’t see one for you?  Check out the rest of the selection:

Here are the cases that made it onto Kiki’s List:

Get Your Goyard On.

The latest handbag to take Hollywood by storm is the Goyard Weekend Bag.  Gwyneth, Nicole, LC, and Tori have one.. Why shouldn’t you?

Oh, I’m sorry, I forgot… Goyard isn’t gifting each of us one.  Maybe you can add to it your Christmas list?…  I hope you are being a very good girl because the small will run you $940, and the large will cost a whopping $1,065.
Which color do you like best?  I love Nicole Ritchie’s white weekender, but I am also loving LeAnn Rime’s pink version.  (Waa, Waa… Limited edition, no longer available.)

Then I spotted this puppy, and I fell in love-  Purple and Orange and monogrammed to perfection.
Monogramming your Goyard isn’t a standard process.  The stripes and monograms are actually painted on by a Goyard painter trained in Paris.  Each of these options are considered an additional service, monogramming (up to 6 letters) is $165, and up to three stripes will run you an additional $150.
Here is Goyard’s offering of bags.  The Saint Louis is the most popular.
Can’t control yourself?  Call Leanna at the Goyard Store in San Francisco.  (415) 398.1110.  Tell her Kiki sent you!

Summer Staples.

Last week while in Austin, I picked up these two items at Zara.
I love buying summer items and pairing them with items that I already own.  Just the smallest purchase can update so many looks.   Three summer staples that I beleive every woman needs is a big gold watch, a functional straw bag and gold flip flops.  Here are some ensembles I have in mind that incorporate my new Zara items.  The three versatile pieces that go with either outfit are my Michael Kors watch, my Santorini bag (best handbag purchase I ever made!) and my gold flip flops (I don’t actually own this Tory Burch pair, but mine were a Nordstrom Rack purchase and look very similar.)

On Acid.

While I am not particularly a fan of the neon trend, one color I can stand behind is acid yellow.
Years after SJP rocked this dress, I still can’t get it out of my head.
And how pretty and feminine does Rhianna look in this chiffon-rufffled dream?
Like it or not, acid yellow well be around to stay this summer.  So if you decide to hop on the band wagon, here are a few pieces to tickle your fancy:

April Showers.

Trench, $645
April showers bring May flowers, so they say.   Here in DC the month of April starts out as cold and damp and before you know it flowers are blooming and May is upon us.  This is one of those weird months where it will be raining and cold on your way into work, and by lunch time the sun is out and it’s 20 degrees warmer.  There are plenty of ways to look stylish in this non-predictable weather.  The key is layers.  Here are two looks that I pulled together for April.  Of course, both start off with a stylish trench.
