I immediately fell in love with Darius Rucker’s Charleston when I saw it on Domaine Home. Designed by Angie Hranowsky, this newly-built home has instant character and charm as if it were built 100 years ago. Modern and functional, bright and airy. I could definitely live here.

I love the coastal-industrial feel of Jen Langston‘s design. The mix of old and new is effortless, transitional and nothing short of amazing!

It’s not very often that I get to feature a local here on the blog. Did you guys see Lauren Liess’ house in Domino last March? Yeah, me neither, I totally missed it and damn, am I glad that I saw it this time around. Take a look at this transformation.

I recently stumbled across M.T. Carney’s Soho loft that was featured on Vogue.com. It’s eclectic and modern yet warm and inviting. Loving all of the color!

Michael C. Hall’s Spanish Redo.
I love a renovation challenge; a house where nobody can see the potential but one special future homeowner. In this home’s case, that special person was Michael C. Hall. Previous potential buyers thought the home was too “weird.” Just look at some of the before and afters below and you’ll see how LA- based interior designer Kishani Perera turned this outdated home into a modern Spanish abode.
Drywall was hiding the most amazing exposed beams that were refinished to add a new life to the dated master bedroom.
Kishani does it again!
