I love the rustic charm and raw yet sophisticated approach that Kelly Nutt takes to design. One look at her portfolio and you’ll be hooked too!

Etsy Love: Liven UP Design.
I recently found LivenUP Design. Such a great source of custom furniture! How great are these grasscloth nightstands?
Or this faux snakeskin table?
They also make custom daybeds.
X benches exactly to your liking.
They can cover tables in any fabric of your choice.
Virtually create anything that you would like.

Host + Hostess Chairs.
I have always loved the look of mixing up seating at a dining table. We are currently building a banquette in our kitchen and I am looking for the perfect host and hostess chairs to put at the heads of the table. You can barely see the wingbacks, but I love how H2 Design + Build mixed farmhouse + modern. Flawless!
I saw these chairs that Jen Langston used here at South of Market in Charleston and haven’t stopped thinking about them since. I swore that I would one day own these chairs.
Here’s a more whimsical take from Brittany of Addison’s Wonderland.
A little too bland for me, but I think you see where I’m headed with this.
Love, love, love the lines and texture of this chair!
You can always mix it up with a bold pattern like Andrea Brooks.
Or add in some interest with some Chinoiserie chairs.
So, I am torn between shelling out the big bucks and getting the chairs of my dreams, or trying to create something similar on a budget. Here are some of my favorite options.

waterworks.
As I’ve been sourcing pieces for our bathroom (and hopefully) laundry room renovation, I keep coming back to Waterworks. The clean lines and sophisticated simplicity pull me in every time. The Empire Tub and the Henry bath fixtures physically make my heart skip a beat.
That being said, I have two kids to put through college and have no business paying $25,000 for a tub and some bathroom fixtures- so, I’ll be finding the next best thing (at a price I can afford.)… But a girl can dream, right?
