On Saturday we will celebrate Anna’s fourth birthday.  Today, we will take a stroll down memory lane of birthdays past.

Keeping my fingers crossed for good weather.  We have a berry sweet girl who’s very excited to celebrate with her friends.

Our fireplace has bugged me since the day we moved into our house.  Especially now that we have the carrera marble in the kitchen.  I was haunted by the beige marble, the cheap gold details on the doors and the overall lack of character.

I ordered this mother of pearl tile a year and a half ago and FINALLY got around to managing the install.

 We simply removed the hideous doors and voila.  I am in love.

Happy Birthday to the sweetest, happiest girl I know.  You have brought us so much joy.  We love you so very much.

Nuff said.

My mother would have been 67 on Sunday.  It’s hard to beleive she’s gone almost seven years.   I still miss her so very much.

You all saw the pictures of E’s room after our paint party.  Well, our house is a bit of a sh$tshow right now as there are paint swatches all over the place.   It’s been this way for over a month but I am hoping to get the painters out next week.  Fingers crossed.   Some exciting changes in the works!
