I would like to change a few things about this room.. starting with the apricot color on the walls… then the chandy.
The guest bath is pretty simple. Not to mention pretty awesome. I would love to paint that trim around the windows black!

The view from this part of the city probably adds another $3mil to the price. I walk this neighborhood all the time…it is an amazing place in San Francisco.
