If I Was Gadget Girl….

This would be my next car.  This may be the first and last time you ever read a post about a car on this blog… but man, I want one.  Let me introduce you to Tesla Motors.  Created by Elon Musk, the genius behind Paypal, this car has all of the bells and whistles you would ever want… with NEVER having to pull up to a gas pump again.  

 They are now taking orders for the S Model to be delivered next Spring.  I am a bit of an SUV girl, myself, so I may have to wait for the X Model in 2013.

California Dreaming.

Whenever I am on the left coast it makes me dream of what our house would look like if we moved out west:  Spanish architecture, outdoor living room, big fat pool- they are at the top of my list.  I love so much about Hank Azaria’s Bel Air home.  (Ok, can I live without Spanish Architecture?..)    Of course, there are some tweaks I would make (the move my furniture in it) but check out the bones on this baby.

This could be yours.  Check out the San Francisco pad of One King’s Lane Co-Founder Ali Pincus and her husband (the man behind FarmVille and Mafia Wars), Mark Pincus.
 Beautifully Manicured.
 Loving how bright and cheery the kitchen is.. Didn’t love the yellow tiles at first, but they are growing on me.
 My favorite room of all– the foyer.  Oye….
 Would like to infuse a little more character into the dining room.
 I could take a soak in that Master Bath.
 Love it.
 Wine anyone?
 I would like to change a few things about this room.. starting with the apricot color on the walls… then the chandy.
 The guest bath is pretty simple.  Not to mention pretty awesome.  I would love to paint that trim around the windows black!
 I would love to girl this room up too.  What great bones.  Loving that window seat.
