I am BEYOND in love with these hexagon bookshelves from Form Maker.
These coasters are pretty cool too. Great housewarming gift for new college grads!

So many people have asked me about the juju hat above E’s bed. Let’s just say it was a major ordeal getting it and it cost over $300. So, when I saw that Pottery Barn Kids had this “feathered art decor” at the price point of $39 – $99, I figured I better tell y’all about it! Are they from Cameroon? Probably not. Are there a ton of colors to choose from? Definitely not. But if you can make the white or the coral work for you it’s with the $200 savings. (I wish they offered the large in coral.) Nonetheless, they will go fast so get ’em while they last!
We have slowly been working on our basement the past few months. The latest project was this set of orange built-ins. This is a really big (and awkward space.) The area on the left is about 9 inches deeper than the other two areas. Here is the before.
While this side is pretty much done (aside from me finding a third matching basket at HomeGoods) the other side is a bit more laborious.
I want this to be an area where the girls can hang out, read a book, or even serve as another bed for sleepovers (the length is that of a twin bed.) I was just going to just add a custom cushion and call it a day.. but as I ponder it over in my head, the project seems to grow (story of my life.)
So, we will be creating an upholstered bench. Here are some pictures for inspiration.
Wish me luck!
Recently while perusing on Pinterest, I found myself pinning images of various Lilly Pultzer stores. So vibrant and creative. Oh, what ideas this gives me for a little girls’ room!
I am inspired with so many great chinoiserie patterns out there, I’m thinking this will be the direction that I will go in for our master bedroom. Of course, there will be a little twist. 😉
