Life has been hectic around here lately, We are working hard to keep Molly out of trouble. At this point, our best option is to exhaust her.
I am loving the new floors in our master bathroom.
Well… and the master bathroom as a whole. 
Someone likes to keep cool on the bathroom floor.
And our new upstairs hallway is coming along nicely. Next up- new banister!

Hi Friends! I’ve missed you all. Life has been a little too fast-paced lately so I haven’t had time to blog. I always promised myself I’d do this until it stopped being fun, and if I was feeling forced to write a post daily, despite how stressed life gets, it would very quickly stop being fun. Thank you for the lovely emails- I assure you all is well here…. just a bit hectic!
A lot has happened since we last spoke. First and foremost. I turned 40. There were a lot of celebrations, but the biggest was a trip to Barbados with my girls. So grateful to be able to have this time with them. I can’t wait to start planning for 50!

Back on the home front, we are also changing up quite a bit. We completely gut and rebuilt our master bathroom. It’s been quite a job, but so worth it!
Additionally, we are closing in our two story foyer to move our laundry room upstairs. I can’t wait to show you the results! 
We are moving along with our master bathroom renovation and I couldn’t be happier. The bathroom should be 99.9% complete in about a week and a half -just in time for my 40th birthday. Oye.
Currently we are in the process of renovating our master bath. It’s been a doozie. I am so excited to show you guys the finished product. Stay tuned for updates!

As I’ve been sourcing pieces for our bathroom (and hopefully) laundry room renovation, I keep coming back to Waterworks. The clean lines and sophisticated simplicity pull me in every time. The Empire Tub and the Henry bath fixtures physically make my heart skip a beat.
That being said, I have two kids to put through college and have no business paying $25,000 for a tub and some bathroom fixtures- so, I’ll be finding the next best thing (at a price I can afford.)… But a girl can dream, right?
